To accompany you on your journey... I want to share with you some resources & links to stuff I love.. This  page is a work in progress :) Enjoy

This video from Brene Brown on human connection — our ability to empathize, belong, love.

Brene again, exploring what can happen when people confront their secret shame head-on.

I love this amazing short film about how the things we're scared of in our minds stop us from doing the thing we really want to do in our hearts. Especially for creatives!

Melody Beattie's book 'The Language of letting go'. Encouragement to trust ourselves on our journeys of self-care. I've bought numerous copies of this book to share with friends. It's not a cover to cover read... Passages by topic that you can dip into when you find yourself 'stuck' or hanging on to stuff that holds you back.

Clarissa Pinkola Estes: Anything, and I mean anything by this amazing lady. I have numerous audiobooks from this inspiring woman, narrated by herself. She is a true poet and so much more. For creative souls, to be acquainted with her work is an absolute MUST. Look out for this book especially on creativity. You'll find her audio book downloads through that last site link also. I love this quote from her:

''If you have never been called a defiant, incorrigible, impossible woman… have faith… there is yet time." - from Women Who Run with the Wolves

Caroline Myss: Your Creative Soul

Clarissa Pinkola Estes and Caroline Myss: (HELLO...Bonus!) Intuition and the Mystical Life

Julia Cameron: The Artists Way (book) and Online Course

David Whyte:  'We shape our self, to fit this world and by the world are shaped again'

Poemhunter  ... For explorers!

WB Yeats, who wrote stuff like this....

He Wishes for the Cloths of Heaven

Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths, Enwrought with golden and silver light, The blue and the dim and the dark cloths Of night and light and the half-light, I would spread the cloths under your feet: But I, being poor, have only my dreams; I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.
